"We had opted for the initial discover program ,for both our kids(grade 10) and we were happy with the initial session with their senior counsellor, followed by the psychometric test and then a concluding session with their founder Anjali Ma''am. We had wonderful sessions with Madam Suja Sailesh. She made the sessions very lively specially the results from the Psychometric test provided us our son's areas of interest and latter the discussions around the results. As the name says so are they really saarthi for my daughter. Apt guidance according to the nature and understanding of the child . The team is excellent, helping the child fill more than 25+ colleges. Being a working mom i cudnt spare time sitting and understanding the process of institutions. Would definetely recommend career saarthi for career counselling.They have one on one interaction with children to understand them better .Then they have psychomatric test to evaluate our kids preferences .Then one on one meeting with parents and children. Our consellors name was Poonam sharma. She is very professional ,she answers all your questions ,replies immediately,always ready to help and very deep understanding of childrens and parents needs . We reached out to Career Saarthi for a career counselling for our ward. The sessions with Anjali gave us a clear idea on the future path to be taken. This was a self discovery journey for our daughter through the result of her personality, interest and skill analysis. The careers and education path suggested based on these result were point on. Anjali is very well versed with the plethora of career options available and viable to the kids. Her approach and explanation of the analysis report were crystal clear. Our journey with Career Saarthi has been excellent. My daughter initially was preparing for CA foundation. She's good at the subjects but somehow was not happy and was losing confidence in herself. We scheduled a counselling session with Anjali ma'am and during the sessions, my daughter realized that though she liked the subjects (CA foundation) individually, she was not enjoying the journey as a CA student. Post the counselling sessions, whatever feedback Anjali ma'am gave us regarding our daughter, we could identify and relate. Once the cloud lifted, the journey was quite smooth. We subscribed to their end-to-end program which charts the student's journey from application stage to admission stage and their team has been exceptionally good and their support invaluable. Its totally worth it! My daughter is now pursuing her graduation at a good university and she's very happy about it! Thank you Career Saarthi!!!

Yesterday was my birthday and i spent the day in crying due to my personal dilemmas related to career but today itself my all dilemmas got cleared as i had a deep conversation with Anjali Ma'am, she solved my all the career related problems and showed me the right path , Anjali ma'am has a very holistic approach, she is a great listener and problem solver, i have went to many people and other counselors in the past but no one is better than her. The psychometric test covers all the aspects and suggests the most suitable career. Also the team of Anjali ma'am is very holistic and generous. I had a satisfying and informative experience with Career Saarthi recently. The first part of the career counseling was a psychometric test followed by a video call with one of the staff. In the second part, I visited Mrs. Anjali Saraogi’s office, where she explained the inferences from my psychometric evaluation. She went into sufficient detail about the mechanics of the test and the conclusions drawn from it. She was clear in her explanation and helped me identify a select few career choices that would suit my overall personality. Towards the end of the session, she also gave me an action plan to pursue my most apt career choice. The plan involved in-depth research on her side into the different programs available in my career choice and some recommendations about the most suitable programs. I left the counseling session feeling informed, invigorated, and satisfied. I would highly recommend Career Saarthi to anyone looking to embark upon their career journey or looking to switch careers a little further down the road (which is my case).
